FPBENNETT.COM has a no return/no refund policy for all orders, with the exception of damaged goods. If you receive goods that are damaged or otherwise defective you must return them to us by US mail in the same package that you received them. Please note that the goods are damaged/defective, and whether you want a refund, or you just want the goods replaced. Merchandise returned like this must be postmarked within 15 days from the date you received the goods, or they will not be accepted.
